We have about 8 permanent staff which include security, drivers with jeep,cooks,guide and other hospitality staff to attend to the needs of the guests. Tariffs are competitive with ones charged by the nearby home stays or resorts. There are 6 borewells for unlimited clean water and a 600 liter hot water tank for 24 hour hot water supply. Brand new 3 kva generator as back up power.

The Home Stay is located very close to Ballavara at the foot hills of kemmangundi, Chikmagluru with plenty of shops, with both public and private transportation readily available.

Activities
Table Tennis or ping pong, chess, dart boards, air rifle practice and target shooting, camp fire, trekking or hiking to the water falls and mountains. A jeep with driver are available at a nominal cost.
