The Last Resort “Home Stay" is now open for guests. we are actively accepting bookings from brokers travel agents and individuals alike.
The owners are NRI's who have resided in the U.S for the last 35 years. The home stay is comprised of nine units with attached bath rooms and will be expanding to a resort facility in the near future. We are located at the foot hills of Kemmangundi hills close to Hebbe and Kallathi falls and other tourist attractions well within 30-60 minutes drive in scenic Chikmaglur District, Karnataka State.
We have about 8 permanent staff which include security, driver with jeep,cooks,guide and other hospitality staff to attend to the needs of the guests. Tariffs are competitive with ones charged by the nearby home stays or resorts. We have a 600 liter hot water tank for 24 hour hot water supply, brand new 3 kva generator as back up power and 6 bore wells for sufficient water. There will be additional UPS back up system for an uninterrupted 24 hour power supply.
The Home Stay is located very close to Ballavara at the foot hills of Kemmangundi, Chikmagluru with plenty of shops, with both public and private transportation readily available.
Some of the activities offered at the resort are:
Table Tennis or ping pong, chess, dart boards, ,air rifle practice and target shooting, , Nature walk Bird watching or trekking. to the water falls and mountains
